She is an expert in skin care and doesn't offer 1 size fits all services - takes her time to figure out what you need and gives you the best treatment. She , doesn't rush and provides very thorough service which is high quality and a great value. Besides the care I get in her spa, she also provides me a lot of tip tricks and techniques to do at home to help me take care of my skin. The great customer service starts when I call the salon. Lisa always answers the phone and recognizes my phone number. I usually come in for a gel manicure and pedicure and it doesn't matter which staff does my nails because Lisa always makes sure it's to my liking and if not she will make sure it is fixed. That is the case for every customer, so there is literally NO excuse to leave the salon and feel unsatisfied. Just saying. They also have a TON of colors and are always getting more for each season. Perhaps my favorite thing about Love Nails is the fact that they are GENTLE. “Okay so I was looking for a new nail salon as my shellac nails were only lasting 3 days (!!!) at the place I was going to and my parents come here from time to time so I tried them out. I must say I WILL be coming back!! I got my nails done 12 days ago and just barely chipped them. This is the longest lasting shellac manicure I've ever had!! Some nails the polish is perfectly in tact still. I will highly recommend new fashion nails to anyone who asks.“
