I was in a real bind when I called Global Pro Service - I had just realized my A/C wasn’t turning on in the middle of a historic heatwave, AND my elderly in-laws were arriving to stay with us in just 12 hours! Their man showed up promptly, found the issue, and showed me what the cost of the repair would be. I was just about to say go ahead when he pointed out that I might just want to buy a new one. He was right! That is why I really like these guys. Clean, competent, and honest.
