I can't stress enough how awesome Erica is at her profession. We all know when it comes to finding the right hair stylist it can feel like an endless search. To find the right person who listens to your needs, makes you feel comfortable in their chair without any judgement, and provides an environment that makes you feel relaxed and at ease, Erica Martin is that stylist. She tends to always read my mind when it comes to one of my desired looks, or steer me in the right direction when I myself am not sure what I really want. Constantly educating herself on the newest trends in cuts, color (she is a GODDESS when it comes to those ombres and root melts), extensions, straightening or keratin treatments, I can trust that no matter what kind of change I am craving and when I decide to make it, she is my go to on who will know exactly how to execute it. For someone who has tried all types and kinds over the years, I can without a doubt say she is my #1 person I refer when someone is looking for starting a new hair journey. Always stays consistent and resourceful. Integrity matters, and Erica has it. So excited to see she has chosen to work at Collab Hair so people who want outdoor options for their appointments due to current times can do so! I can't wait to see what she has store for all our heads in the future.
