If I could give Cindy ten stars I would! wow! She is truly an artist.. I had an appointment for full highlights and asked for a lot of contrast and light blonde highlights. It's not been easy for other hair dressers to achieve this color because my hair is so porous.
Cindy spent FOUR hours on my hair perfecting it! I have been getting highlights for 15 years and no one has done such a good job. She also gave me a fantastic haircut. I HIGHLY reccomend her and can't wait to go back.
