Geno was a straightforward delight to work with, and his crew (Randy, Steve and Peter) did a great job on our new hardwood floors. Geno was responsive, gave me a fair price, helped us with a solution to just doing one part of the house and having it look good. He talked us through exactly what to expect in terms of the steps and timing for the project, and was always clear about when his team would be at our house. The crew are deeply experienced and work quickly and efficiently. There's clearly a lot of mutual trust and experience between Geno and the team. Our project was initiated by a dishwasher flood a month before my kid's big birthday party, and yet working with Geno to get the floors done before hosting the party was straightforward, not stressful. Our new face-nailed red oak hardwood floors are beautiful and just what we wanted. How nice is that, to get what you set out to get!

Geno and his crew did a FANTASTIC JOB installing our new hardwood floors. They were reliable and professional. Geno is very experienced and an expert in hardwoods and installations and stains. Classic Oak Floors finished on time and honored their original bid despite some unforeseen hiccups! They left our home cleaner than it was originally. Classic Oak Designs put in our hardwood floors 15 years ago. They came out great. So, when it was time to refinish my parents floor, they were the first company we turned to. They were willing to drive an hour and a half away to work on the floors. There were a lot of parts that needed replacing, and when they were finished, you could not even tell what was old wood and what was new. Geno is very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. He told us exactly when they would start and finish and stuck to the dates. The floors came out beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company.
