Eiior is the best contractor we have ever hired. He was very communicative and proactive. He took corrective actions when needed and was always at the job site when required. We had complete faith in him to do the job well even though we were not around. At the end of the day we are happy with our remodel. My wife and I recently worked with Elior in the process of discussing remodel and design ideas for our home, and we have nothing but positive things to say about him and Casa Utopia as a business. This is the best contractor I have ever hired.incredibly knowledgeable and every worker was an expert. Work completed ahead of schedule with perfect results. They did all the clean up and keft my home in perfect condition. Hire them!
