I had an old concrete tile roof that was at the end of its life. Looking through roof options I came across Cal-Pac. I loved the idea of a stone coated steel roof, the benefits that it offers compares to a standard asphalt roof makes it a no brainer. Tom the owner was super friendly and quick to respond to answer any questions, and wasn't pushy at all. When the work started, their crew showed up on time everyday and always performed their work in a clean professional matter. On Feb 4, 2024 we had a vicious storm. Winds were said to have gusts up to 70MPH. We live next to a city park with 6 85' Pine trees 2' from our property line. Well, at 11AM the top 1/3 of one of those trees came crashing down onto the roof putting 2 holes in the metal roof and one end came thru the ceiling of the entry way. The Milpitas Fire Dept came out and sealed the holes the best they could and put a tarp up. I called Tom at Cal-Pac and he sent Brian out to do a temporary fix. The fix worked....no leeks. It took a while to get into the que for the permanent repair but once that time came Brian and crew came out, spent 3 days on the repair. I'm happy to say...read full review
