Overall just a terrible experience. No communication, poor planning, they aren't at all interested in customer service and they have high turnover. I would strongly not recommend.

Thanks to this agency we experienced the worst tax return ordeal ever. Incompetent staff, responding every 14 days to urgent emails, not picking up the phone, on vacation for weeks during crucial times. If you want to take the tax headache to a whole new level this is the group for you!
