Horrible customer service.My coat they left it with lint then said it was my fault? How? Its a very expensive coatThey told told me to clean it, I was very polite, explaining I would never come back.They said good.Why would you ever want to take your stuff there with that kind of attitude if they wreck it they'll tell you good don't come back they have no balance and check in their service the wife is nice the husband is not his name is JayService: Organic dry cleaning

Horrible customer service they have complete disregard for our clothes. I took my expensive wool coat in for cleaning. They left it with lint. Where did that come from. They said it came from my coat. I never heard of that. They Jay the owner told me to take it off. I was very polite with them then explained I will not be coming back. He said good. How are they still in business ? I took my coat some place else it was cleaned with no problem. I prayed this cleaners 33 dollars to clean My coat not to leave it dirty.

Outstanding service. Had 20year old drapes dry cleaned and pressed, had not been cleaned in years. They look amazing. Timely return. HELPFUL and courteous. Will be taking other drapes in for cleaning. I'm a 55year resident of Campbell, good to know a small business is still doing a good in our community.
