My AC condenser unit stopped working at my place in Arnold, as the system was ~20 years old, I was expecting it required a full replacement. Called around looking for someone to have a look only to get 1-2 week lead-times just to diagnose the system. Donna and Tom were able to squeeze an appointment in within 2 days. Tom was on time and performed a quick diagnosis. It only needed a start-up capacitor. 1 hour later my system was up and running.
