Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. The intake nurse Becky needs to retire because shes "tired" after her 30+ years. She treats people terribly. When you hear the commercials about the care Mercy gives its patients, it's actually the opposite. Its a strong "lack" of caring. What is happening to our society if you're not comfortable at your Doctors office ? I wanna cry.

Unprofessional staff and conduct. The front desk staff is was too comfortable with each other… it’s like your interrupting them having a coffee at Star Bucks to ask them a question, then they start asking you questions about how much your copay is? I have no clue. That’s your job to look up my insurance and tell me. Then Dr. Donna Jordan is extremely rude. She Wants to make sure you feel stupid and that you what you are doing wrong and how you are making poor decisions that are going to kill her and her family members. Waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes now. Been going there for 15+ years and the Dr. is great but try to call and get an apt. and you'll grow old and die before they answer.
