“As the name implies, Joe, the owner, went above and beyond with his service, attitude, and professionalism. We had an India ink spill on our beige carpet. There was a 1x1 foot stain in a high traffic area. Even after a professional cleaning, the stain was very visible. Joe attempted to clean the spot with his special solution to no avail. The only option was to patch the carpet and Joe offered a satisfaction guarantee, if we weren't satisfied with the repair, no charge. How could we not accept his offer? Twenty minutes later, he called us up for reveal and the patch job was not so bad. Better than the blue ink spot. Would definitely use the company again for all our floor cleaning needs.“
