“We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. Dave and his team at ESI met with us to understand the scope of the project, made recommendations and put a detailed project plan together. We asked the team to help expedite the entire project due to school starting and holidays—and we would make fast decisions along the way. This was a complete non-structural remodel of a 4,500 sq ft home. Both my wife and I are busy professionals and don’t have the time to interface with contractors and we knew we could trust ESI. They not only completed it on time and on budget, but the results were better than we could have imagined, and the process was very collaborative and swift. Window, new wall, framing, sheet rock and paint, inside and out. You cant get better.
