About Cameron Park Veterinary Hospital
Cameron Park Veterinary Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that is passionate about pets and their people. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and kind, providing thorough assessments and clear instructions for post-procedure care. The veterinarian is described as nice, giving a detailed explanation of the diagnosis and potential risks. Clients appreciate the hospital's attentiveness, adherence to their schedule, and the smooth recovery process for their pets. One customer was particularly impressed with the hospital's ability to quickly identify and address their cat's arthritis and urinary tract infection, which their previous vet had failed to do. Overall, the hospital is highly recommended for its excellent service and care for both pets and their owners.
They spayed my cat, the price was negotiable.
They quoted $200 on the phone, and when I got there it was $300.00 that was out the door with pain meds and antibiotics. Just under stand it’s more of a negotiation. Otherwise the staff were friendly, very helpful and kind. The veterinarian was nice as well. Gave a thorough assessment and final diagnosis info for going home. My cats new name is Koko Yoko after the cone came off, she is doing great!
See pictures of how much Koko Yoko hated the cone! ?
Took our puppy here to get neutered from Sacramento and it was well worth the drive. The staff is very attentive and they keep to their time table. My dogs recovery is going very smooth and has been easy to care for with the instructions we were given when we picked him up. Highly recommend.
Wow! My kitty went from meowing in pain and dripping colored urine to a full workup with other potential risks identified and having her arthritis (and UTI) mitigated within hours (and was taken in immediately upon arrival). I am absolutely in awe of how she was treated compared to our vet in Sacramento. The veterinarian even showed me various things on her xray in detail that identified potential IBD that explained the years of distress I'd tried to relay to our vet in Sacramento. An emergency visit was better than the entirety of all of the annual checkups I'd received for her at her forever vet. Thank you so very much!
