I definitely recommend The Water Heater Company and specifically their tech, Shawn. There is excellent communication when the appointment is scheduled and regarding the arrival time of the tech. Shawn is very professional, polite and informative. He noticed a potential issue with our water heater when he was there to do yearly maintenance. Rather than pressuring us into expensive repairs, he called the manufacturer and ultimately communicated that no repair was required. We greatly appreciated his candor and expertise.

I want to commend The Water Heater company and specifically their repair tech, Shawn R. Both were professional and responsive. Communication as to the service appointment and followup conformations were extremely helpful. Many service based companies will provide you a 2 to 4 hour window as to when their tech will be On Site. Usually, they show up towards the end of the window. Shawn showed up within the first hour of the window both times he was here. Once for the initial diagnosis which required ordering parts from the manufacturer, and second to install the replacement part a couple of days later. At all times, Shawn was polite, respectful and professional, thoroughly explaining the issue and the steps he was performing to resolve the issue. The Water Heater Company is probably not the least expensive solution, but due to their excellent service and the resulting peace of mind, they are worth every penny.
