Highly recommend this store! I was so grateful to Monique today who was SO helpful & went the extra mile for me right before closing. She helped me quickly identify the makeup that would be good for me, provided swift helpful information and did not make me feel hurried. She gave me info about any product I asked about and make me feel very cared for in the process.
This planet beauty in Camarillo is the place I have bought my makeup at for years since you can get quality products for reduced cost. I’m always able to find great deals on the Jane Iredale makeup that I love.
I always have a great experience at Planet Beauty. I was disappointed to see the Ventura store close but ventured to a new store. And today had exceptionally good service, greeted with a friendly welcome, was offered assistance and provided excellent customer service by Monique at the Camarillo location. Thank you for the personal touch.
It was my first time in Planet Beauty and Monique was very helpful. Any questions that I had she was very knowledgeable and even offered me great recommendations! This will defiantly be my new place to shop because of Monique and her great customer service!
