As a newbie to pilates, I have been working with Victoria now for a little over a month and am amazed by the progress I have seen. I have noticed significant improvement in my strength, endurance, and flexibility. She is an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable. She has made pilates feel very accessible as well as challenging and helpful to my health journey. The setting and equipment is very clean and inviting. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I had ultrasonic fat cavitation with Victoria and I have amazing results after just one introductory session. Two weeks after the procedure my belly keeps shrinking. I am very happy!

Today was my second private, first with Victoria. Victoria and Kasia were both knowledgable and very welcoming. They adapted my lesson to my needs as it was a private. They understood me. I appreciate how its a private studio and its only you and the instructor. Thank you! I will most certainly be returning!
