At the last minute, I needed a simple coffee urn and Party Pleasers made it easy to rent and obtain. I was able to view their catalogue online and make an inquiry that was informed. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and made the contract intake painless. The coffee urn was in good condition, came with the gel fuel can, and served its purpose well. Returning the urn to the warehouse was convenient and the worker who assisted me was also cheerful and competent.
