He always notifies us ahead of time if there are any changes in our schedule or personnel. If we have any special requests, he is quick to accommodate.It’s nice that he sends text and email reminders ahead of time to remind us of our upcoming services. He also has an electronic payment option , which makes it very convenient.The staff that come to our house are very pleasant and friendly. They are thorough with their cleaning and also happy to accommodate simple requests .
