Look no further. This is the carpet cleaner you're looking for: responsive, efficient, on time, excellent results, courteous, accommodating, priced right and totally professional. I've tried a few others in the Camarillo area over several years and all were OK. However, if you book Heaven's Best, you won't have to look through carpet cleaner reviews next time! We have an old, worn carpet which, over the years, has always taken hours (overnight) to dry. After our last cleaning with Steve (on an admittedly nice day) the carpet was dry to the touch within a couple of hours; and thoroughly dry a couple hours after that. The stains were gone. A friend recommended this carpet cleaning service and I am very happy. Steve is very professional and got us scheduled quickly. He did a great job, and he even showed up within the hour window that he had given me. His price was very reasonable. My neighbor left a note on his car asking him to call her to get her carpets cleaned. She had used him before, and had only good things to say about him. So...that's three endorsements on one post!
I'm extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning service from Heaven's Best carpet cleaning. They were extremely quick to respond, very affordable, and did a fantastic job on the carpet. I didn't think the stains on the carpet would come up, but they did and I was amazed at the results. What I liked about the cleaning process was that they used a low moisture extraction technique with absorbent cleaning pads. This allowed the carpet to dry quickly which was important because a remediation company had just dried out the carpet due to a water leak. Overall, very pleased with the results and the professionalism of Heaven's Best carpet cleaning.
