We worked with Jesse Garnica's construction company on a long-awaited construction project. The project involved the demolition of a decaying sunroom and the construction of a new much-needed bedroom. Jesse is a top-notch contractor who is honest, trustworthy and supportive. He presented an accurate quote and managed his team with obvious skill in having all the right people on the job at the right time. His team is hardworking, respectful and courteous. They showed up every day, on time, and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. The craftsmanship was of the highest quality. Our new addition is beautiful and has added great value to our home. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team and will certainly call him again for our future home improvement projects.

I hired Jesse Garnica's construction company for an addition to my home. It included expanding the master bedroom and bathroom and building a new walk-in closet. Framing, roofing, drywall, painting was also a big part of the project. I added 200 sq ft to my home. Jesse and his crew were always professional, approachable and on time each day. Jesse was always available to answer my questions. They worked quickly, finished ahead of schedule and did a great job!! I'm happy with the results and I'd hire them in a heartbeat for any other construction needs. I HIGHLY recommend Garnica's Construction. I wish I had found them a few years ago when I remodeled my kitchen! Jesse is an honest man with a great crew. You will not be disappointed!
