Called these guys to come out and look at the heating system in a home I just purchased. While they were here asked them to look at the gas fireplace too. They claimed the fireplace needed parts and 500.00 later they left with the fireplace burning. That night I turned it off the way I was instructed to and smelled gas, so I called them. No reply. Called again, no reply, called a third time and still no reply (tried every few days over about 7 days). Eventually called the gas co who said the part they installed were faulty and red tagged my fireplace. If you want quality work you can depend on, and reliability you can count on... DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

These guys are unethical. They came to my house and told me an issue with my AC Would cost 800. I told them I would hold off due to the price. They then called me and demanded that I pay them the fee to go out there. First, they never once advised me there would be a $150 fee to look at the unit. They sprung that on me once I told them I would have to wait and think about it since $800 is too much. Not only that, they charged me an after hour fee of $150 which is double their normal charge. I tried to tell him that he never advised me of a $150 dollar fee for coming over. Otherwise we would have not wanted their service. He said "nevertheless that is what I charge."... read full review
