Is not Encore nails anymore ?. It's called Wynn nails & spa. They are over price and under staff. The lady working on my nails ? she forgot a few things to do on my nails because she had other clients who had walked in that she had to attend to and there was a guy helping her and that was it. The seats looked really worn out.

Crystal was great! I've only ever had acrylics done once and I'm really hard on my nails, but they're still on and I've even painted, like, half of home with them on. No problems! :) It took longer than I thought it would, but nails always do. Good experience.Services: Acrylic nails

Recently stopped by and wanted a pedicure. Technician said it would be about 15 minutes and gets me set up in a chair soaking feet. Check watch after 15 minutes and they push over the cart like they’ll start any minute and give me a water. Check watch after another 15 minutes and she sits down in front like she’s going to start then gets up and continues working on her current client. Check watch 15 minutes later and she comes and checks what color I want and walks away again. Completely frustrated I get up and walk out. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I believe the ownership changed recently and this was my second time in with poor service.
