I used to love this salon. Recently it was sold and most of the nail technicians left After speaking with several of my neighbors my next appointment will be my last one at this salon. I don't like the very loud talking done by the owner and nail techs. It is not relaxing at all. It has become very stressful.

They did a great job on doing my pedicure and gel nails, until a week later when all of it peeled off. And not to mention I had my 1 year old daughter with me and while doing my left hand after finishing my right hand my daughter started to get antsy and upset from sitting still for too long (typical 1 year old behavior) the lady doing my nails decided to ask me if I wanted to come back another day, WHEN HALF OF MY HAND WAS ALREADY DONE. I'm sorry but as a mother I don't have "another day" today is my day THATS that. On the bright side the gentlemen working were so patient with my daughter and even played some of her favorite songs to keep her busy. Other than that I don't think I would go there again, unless it was one of those two men did them.

My regular nail place was booked, so my cousin, my sister and I all came to have our nails done before I was getting ready to leave town a few weeks back. My 1 year old niece arrived with us to the salon and everything was great at first! However after about 45 minutes for a pedicure without our nails even being started, the pedicure was finished and finally two of the unoccupied ladies called us over to begin the next hour and a half of work on our nails. After being in the salon for over an hour and a half my niece began to get fussy and then my cousins nail technician, Anna, proceeded to get frustrated, stop working, and ask if we wanted to come back on another day.... Halfway through a set of nails??? We quickly comforted the baby and tried to finish up while still receiving poor service from both nail techs. If the other people working had been doing business properly maybe we wouldn't have been there for 2+ hours when we were the only people in the salon on a weekday morning. Needless to say we won't be coming back here again, but the review deserved at least two stars because Michael did an immaculate job on my little sister's full set and she was very pleased with the long lasting results! I've had great service in the past from Tuan as well but I cannot say the same about anyone else working there. If this is your preferred location I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ONLY BOOKING WITH MICHAEL OR TUAN.
