I go there to see Cathy Kim for her naturopathic expertise. She is there on Fridays. Pretty quick. She has many good ideas, thoughtful, caring, and thorough. I am very glad I met her. She is assisting me with stroke recovery. Smart and outside of the box thinking. Or at least new to me. I feel super fortunate. That is my opinion, anyhow.
After coming here for severe dehydration I was worried my insurance would be no good. I’m from out of country visiting family. But they took my United plan an gave me Iv fluids. The Urgent team Was very good an checked on me while I was given liquid. Thank you everyone
Dr Brian Santini is one of the best primary care physicians I’ve had. He spends time with his patients, he listens carefully and he discusses their concerns with them. Dr. Santini includes the patient in making decisions about treatment and care. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Santini and I highly recommend him. His assistant Anna is also excellent and helpful. In regard to the office staff, I have seen a decline in customer service at most medical facilities since the Covid disruptions. I don’t think they are any worse than other doctors’ offices these days, however office front desk employees should be better trained and should remain sensitive to patients’... read full review
