After two entirely frustrating days at the Genius Bar and then online with Apple Support (both misnomers!), I found Manu. He accomplished in a couple of hours what no one at Apple could do in a two day run-around.

Amazing service! Was patient and answered all my questions. Charged me half of what i was previously quoted at Best Buy. Provided same day service and even followed up the next day. Recommended him to my mom and now she calls him regularly. Not sure why my review didnt show.

David did an excellent job. The whole process was quick and easy and definitely better then other experiences. I was told my computer would cost me around $850. just to figure out the problem but he did it for significantly less. He made sure I got the stuff I needed before repairing the problem which saved me. I will call again when I have questions or problems. Thank you!!
