“This place is going to get my 5+ rating , I really enjoyed it. But for some , maybe aspect this is motel style than hotel will have you not feel same but here we go: Pro Very modern , retro Super clean Very friendly staff Focused on relaxation Multiple pools Mineral hot tub that is big Perfect for weekend get away Good parking Central to downtown but not middle of it On-site food and bar Con If you don't like hearing people walking above you , don't stay on first floor. You hear all ( didn't bother me ) And Wall mount air conditioner at least in my room hums all night , that was little hard to fall asleep too But overall , came here for a not hotel experience but a chance to relax and refresh and got that! The attached spa did the whole thing and will rate that separate but really enjoyed the visit and for sure will be back!“

Catrina had familiarized herself with my answers from the pre-appointment survey I completed online. We discussed areas on which I wanted her to focus, and my preferred level of pressure. She clarified all my preferences, and was a good communicator. The massage was amazing! I was so relaxed throughout the service, and especially pleased with the "after effects" of my massage. “The check in process was easy and Gina, our host was awesome! Both of us scheduled massages back to back. You pick from four fresh herbs which your therapist uses to make both aroma and oil for your treatment. Our therapist Bridget was excellent and went above and beyond. I had the 50 minute Zenith... Locker room was clean and neat. Shower was good after figuring out how the two handles operated the water from the rain shower and handheld. The ladies room shower water pressure was terrible. Annoyingly they add a 20% service charge of which ONLY 15% goes to the therapist. Prices are high so be prepared to drop $300 or more if you tip 20% So glad we are not staying at the hotel...see separate review.“

“I am not going to lie, I was a little last minute with addressing getting wedding hair and makeup services arranged and Caelie & Brianna were so helpful and really put me at ease. I was able to schedule to go to Santa Rosa to have a consultation with them and brought a few pictures of hair styles I was envisioning. After a short discussion, in just one shot Brianna created a look that blended the pictures I had into my own style and then perfectly recreated it the day of my wedding. Caelie & Brianna came to the AirBnB where my bridal party was getting ready to do all of our hair and makeup for a few of the girls. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and was so happy with the work they did. The final look of my hair was so stunning and I now have such beautiful photos as a reminder. Caelie & Brianna fit right in with all of my best friends and made the hectic morning feel fun. They gave me great advice when we met and were the ultimate professionals day of my wedding! I would highly recommend using them plus their pricing is more than fair, especially considering how talented these ladies are!“

We enjoyed our services and had a nice time relaxing by the pool. Christina was super helpful - she ordered us lunch from the restaurant next door and brought it to us by the pool, and also managed to rescue my watch after I left it in the robe pocket!
