The positive experience with Shaw Plumbing began with the receptionist and continued with the plumbing expert. The day of service Sam communicated as to when he would arrive and was on time. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to do located the issue and fixed it. As he was leaving I remembered another problem I was having and he graciously offered to fix that too. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Sam at Shaw.Service: Leak investigation and repair
