Fantastic place for massages and getting pampered. The multiple swimming pools of various temperatures was so relaxing! Dawn was my massage therapist- she was excellent- so positive and great at what she does. I'd highly recommend her . She has over 20 years of experience and you'll know that once you book with her. She's amazing! My husband and I will definitely return!

I stayed here for 3 nights this summer with my parents and my daughter. And we all had a great time! The rooms are nice but small-ish. We stayed in a single queen room that was plenty big enough for 2 people, but would have felt cramped with any more than that. The bathroom is large with a walk-in shower, which was nice. There is a refrigerator, a very small freezer, a microwave and a two-burner electric stove in the room. We didn't use the stove, but we used the refrigerator and microwave. There's also a keurig-style coffee machine (Tayst), complimentary tea and coffee, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, a pot, a frying pan, and a mixing bowl. On the ground floor level, between the rooms and the pool, are picnic tables with umbrellas. There are also some picnic tables in the pool area. We ate breakfast and lunch at the picnic tables, and got groceries at the local Cal-Mart grocery store that's about one block away. The hotel location is very close to the Main Street in Calistoga, so lots of great restaurants and cute shops nearby also. There are 4 pools. The hottest is for adults only and is around 105 degrees. The second hottest is around 95 and is perfect for relaxing and soaking. It's 3.5-5 feet deep. The largest pool is 80 degrees and feels cold after being in the hotter pools. It's 3-5 feet deep. My 4.5 year old daughter loved playing in this pool! You're welcome to bring noodles, pool toys and floaties into this pool. The smallest pool is 90 degrees and 1.5 feet deep. I think that if I had brought my 2 year old, he would have enjoyed playing in this pool. My mom, my dad, and I all splurged and got massages during our stay. We all had different masseuses but great reviews all around! My massage with Maricela was AMAZING! I got the Swedish massage with foot reflexology. She spent extra time on my neck and shoulders just like I asked her to. Her strokes were medium-firm and I could tell she is a very experienced, talented masseuse. The foot reflexology was additional, but I'm so glad I did it. It put me into an even deeper state of relaxation. All in all it was a great vacation, and we will be back!

The rooms have been updated; the mineral pools are all kept up. The mud, jacuzzi tubs are new, steam room followed by the blanket wrap were on point. The massage was good; there was 3 of us; 2 of which just gushed over their massages ‍, I needed another 30 minutes. All in all it was a great experience! Shall be back, forgot how much I love the deep heat.
