Im now looking at a home equity loan to build an ADU as a rental unit. The owner,Todd, was bery helpful in his explanation and patience with his my questions. I like that prefabrication of home is faster and costs less than same size home built onsite

Contacted USModular to get info about building an Accessory Dwelling Unit . Learned the difference between prefabricated and site built homes . Very informative and professional. I am now talking to my bank about getting a home equity loan to build a prefabricated ADU as it is less cost than the site built ADUs and it is a faster build. I went to see the USModular team build an ADU in Fontand and the ADU was very cute . Im impressed.

I hired USModular in 2022 for my home project. When I first started weighing my options I called multiple companies and I ended up going with USModular and I’m glad I did! They are a one stop shop which is a huge plus! They invited me out to one of their home installs, it was an awesome experience watching them crane a home into the backyard. The workers were attentive and professional. The process was fast and stress-free I’m really satisfied with their service.
