Carlos and his crew also took their time to troubleshoot and learned about the control system when others would not to get to the root of the irrigation issues and were able to make permanent repairs on the sprinklers and underground pipes. Their persistence paid off as we have virtually no complaint about broken pipes or flooding since the repairs. When we did have one-off requests, such as a recent multi-day tree-trimming project, Carlos always made time for us and made sure we were taken care of as soon as possible.<br><br>Above all, Carlos is honest and caring and he always gives it to me straight.
