I am the property manager for a 5-acre commercial property in Mojave, CA. With just over 62,000 square feet in office space and parking, there is an extensive landscaping area to upkeep on a regular basis. Good help is hard to come by in this area and we shopped around for a replacement landscaper here and there over the years pre-Covid but to no avail; vendors either declined servicing Mojave, were booked for months with no room to accept new clients, or were out of our price range. However, when Covid hit, our service suffered tremendously and the landscaper cutbacks were catching up to us. We started receiving frequent complaints from our tenant for the poorly maintained landscape as well as the constant flooding from broken irrigation pipes that were seemingly impossible to fix. We finally realized that we must make a change, but finding a happy medium between price, frequency, and proper crew sizing can be tricky.
We painstakingly researched and gathered bids and thought we had found the right fit. However, it turned out to be a disaster as the new landscaper, albeit bargain priced, was unprofessional, came and went as he pleased, and was unproductive. It was back to square one and that was when we found Sharper Landscaping. As the saying goes, when it is right, you know. Our landscaping was in bad shape from months of neglect, and Carlos and his crew were there to the rescue. They went above and beyond and did whatever it took to nurse the landscaping back to health. Carlos and his crew also took their time to troubleshoot and learned about the control system when others would not to get to the root of the irrigation issues and were able to make permanent repairs on the sprinklers and underground pipes. Their persistence paid off as we have virtually no complaint about broken pipes or flooding since the repairs. When we did have one-off requests, such as a recent multi-day tree-trimming project, Carlos always made time for us and made sure we were taken care of as soon as possible.
Above all, Carlos is honest and caring and he always gives it to me straight. He is a business associate but I consider him a friend. Sharper Landscaping has my highest recommendation for anyone looking to service their property.

I hired Nelson to install two tankless electric water heaters in two different garages of homes. He did a great job that I thought was very professional. He did the entire two installations in one day, and charged exactly what he quoted me. I am very happy with the work he did, and I would definitely hire him again.
