Very dishonest. I called him because my toilet was clogged, he put a camera in to see what I had and it turned out to be plastic, he charged $470 because he also put an extractor fan in the kitchen. He pretended that he couldn't remove a blockage from my pipe and the only option he gave me was It was breaking the floor and he would charge me $3,800 dollars and on top of that he was not going to repair what he broke later. They recommended another plumber who inserted a camera and removed a blade and destroyed everything inside and went down the drain and charged $120 dollars. I want to stress that this company is entirely untrustworthy due to their unprofessional and shady conduct. Edgar has overcharged me and my insurance company, which is unacceptable. Although he promised to refund me the extra amount, he has failed to do so thus far. Also, he pledged to complete the unfinished project, but as of March 1, 2024, it remains incomplete. Despite several attempts to contact him, he has not responded to my calls or messages. I request that this issue is resolved immediately, and I demand a prompt and satisfactory response from the company.

They came to fix and issue only to cause more issues. They broke our auger wire in a pipe which they left in there, leaving us to to fix their mistakes and costing more money. Only willing to come back if we give more money and I said no. They need to make this right. Owner, Edgar Aguilar, has only answered calls if he doesn't know the number nor does responds to emails sent. Maybe will call back now since I posted this.
