I hate leaving a negative review but I also hope other people don’t end up ruining precious sentimentally valuable clothes. I dropped off a Benetton wool sweater here for dry cleaning (nothing unusual about it, a normal solid wool sweater) and came to pick it up to find it completely shrunken. She said she’d try to stretch it to bring it back to my size but I came back to find it had totally lost it’s originally very chic shape, a sweater I’d had for years and had dry cleaned at other places many times before without any issue. The sweater was so shrunken and misshapen that I didn’t even take it back. I know seeing it would have only made it sad and it wasn’t...read full review
I’m resigning to “if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything” but some words of advice to the owner - be nice, be kind, be a Christian - there’s no need to be so rude and hostile to people over a parking spot - especially when there are several other spots open in the lot and everyone sees your sign and is not parking in your spot to begin with. Happy holidays!!!
I have been going to Nancy for 5 or 6 years now, and I wouldn't trust my cleaning to anyone else. Whatever service I need, Nancy provides it in a professional and timely matter. Her pricing has always been fair and the quality of work far exceeds it. Always personable and professional, Nancy cares about the service she provides. She's top notch in my book!I couldn't help but see some negative reviews here, mostly based on parking issues. The parking lot is too small, to be sure. But I think having exactly one spot for customers is not only fair, but required. It should be more. This business has been in this space for years, and she needs to have space for her clientele. To insinuate otherwise is about as entitled and rude as it gets.
