“Very nice cleaning ladies. Most are great. In my experience there was one or two who did a poor job. Pure cleaners wanted to bring them back asap to fix the situation, but I was angry and cleaned it myself. Other than that, they did a good job overall, but the ladies are never the same from week to week, so I’d have to reexplain what I wanted done. Most don’t speak English well, so it was a struggle sometimes.“

“I highly recommend working with Malibu's Maid to Order. I spoke with Marybeth asking for a deep cleaning because I was moving out of my apartment after 10 yrs. She sent 2 ladies for 3 hours for satisfactory price. They were on time, brought their own supplies and went above and beyond. You can imagine after living in my one-bedroom for 10 yrs, a deep cleaning was needed. I'm grateful for their hard work. With their help, I was able to get my deposit back...that was the bonus! “My place was probably a lot messier than they’re used to, especially since the main reason I called them was because I had gotten overwhelmed with trash/boxes/clothes/dishes after moving a month ago, but the blue team really came through! They were friendly, made conversation with me, and paid good attention to the focus areas I wanted. They went over the hour by a few minutes, but still didn’t charge any more for it. The only thing I’m not super keen on is the limited payment options. I didn’t have cash or a check so I had to give my credit card information over the phone. They also didn’t have a great way of managing tips- I want to be sure 100% of it goes to the workers (just adding it to my total receipt, without specifying how much I tipped, doesn’t make me feel super secure about that). Overall good experience and will probably be contacting them again for periodic deep cleans.“

(Needed a deep clean of my 2 bed 2 bath cabin home) I have 5 animals and a messy husband-- Tiffany and Jackie were prompt, communicative, and their crew was kind and sweet. When I called Anastasia, I was really overwhelmed and didn't even know to explain her what kind of help I was looking for. I needed pretty much help with everything around the clock. On the first try, she was able to find a perfect match for our family, a wonderful caregiver - driving, English speaking, positive attitude, flexible, getting along with my son, and everything else I needed. “Elia and her crew are absolutely AMAZING! I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the exceptionally thorough cleaning job they did in our home. Everything was spotless (from top to bottom) and it was the first time ever that I didn't have to rearrange and clean additional items myself when the cleaners left. They brought their own supplies, but, are totally open to using yours (we provided our own hardwood floor cleaner). Elia does charge a bit more than average, but, it's definitely worth every penny - she even stopped by the day before the service to provide an estimate.
