A beautiful group of people run this salon.
I had a mini breakdown upon learning about the nonrefundable deposit I paid after deciding to not go through with the initial treatment I booked due to a collective agreement not to. Immediately, one of the stylists spoke to the manager who took care of it for me. They all diffused the situation with so much empathy, kindness, and compassion. I was just having a bad day, and was met with patience and understanding.
We ended up agreeing to at least give me a little treatment and blowout. Because of how touched I was I ended up paying what the deposit would have been, minus $50, which Erin the manager, happily refunded back to me. My hair is smooth and straight, although I didn’t get the treatment I wanted, I walked away with at least a little something, feeling tender hearted and grateful for kind and forgiving salons like this one.
