I walk in to her studio looking like a troll and I leave feeling like a princess. She gives me the hair I should have always had. Alysha is so meticulous at her craft and takes her time with placement, colors, etc. whereas other people have a tendency to just throw the extensions in wherever. I leave her studio with a major confidence boost and always feel so beautiful after every visit. Thank you so much for being so incredible at what you do!“

I had a mini breakdown upon learning about the nonrefundable deposit I paid after deciding to not go through with the initial treatment I booked due to a collective agreement not to. Immediately, one of the stylists spoke to the manager who took care of it for me. They all diffused the situation with so much empathy, kindness, and compassion. I was just having a bad day, and was met with patience and understanding.
We ended up agreeing to at least give me a little treatment and blowout. Because of how touched I was I ended up paying what the deposit would have been, minus $50, which Erin the manager, happily refunded back to me. My hair is smooth and straight, although I didn’t get the treatment I wanted, I walked away with at least a little something, feeling tender hearted and grateful for kind and forgiving salons like this one.

I love everything in the cafe. My go-to order is an iced lavender matcha and a ham & swiss croissant. I could spent hours there shopping, snacking, and getting services done.
