My rental condo incurred water damage and visible mold in a closet. Alec was wonderful in working with my tenant and myself to complete the repairs and painting on a tight schedule, keeping me apprised each day of his progress. We were so satisfied with his work, as well as cooperative attitude, that he is returning this coming Tuesday to install a replacement bathroom faucet and valve. This company is so professional, thorough & easy to work with! Alec the general contractor not only does the estimate, but arrives on the job to oversee & work along side his staff, so there is no disconnect between the estimate's notes & the actual job. He's respectful, a good listener & answers all questions. Ours was a serious water damaged wall that settled into a storage closet which was a 3 day job. They showed up on time & set up the plastic sheet "walled" perimeters to mitigate dust/debris. Finished job on time & cleaned up well.
