Will not return. Procedure failed repeatedly one one side but I was charged for both sides anyway. Staff is overly concerned with social media, and insufficiently concerned with quality service. There are better places than this.

I feel it necessary to write a review about my experience with Shanah Gavia and the Bella Skin Institute in Calabasas!!! From the moment you walk into this beautiful welcoming friendly office to the moment you leave the experience is wonderful!!! Shanah is the absolute true professional, her knowledge and expertise are remarkable. She is honest and knows just what to do. She takes care of all my concerns and has the patience of a saint. I can't begin to thank her enough for addressing every concern I have and making me feel so good when I leave after my appointment!!! I feel truly blessed to have found her!!!

Always the best service!! The girls are amazing & friendly. I've never not had a gentle & caring experience. Dr Guanche is hilarious and friendly! And you can tell she cares for her team because of the way they treat their customers! Everything shines throughout the service!
