Brian was the specialist who worked on our heater. He displayed top-notch professionalism and politeness during his time with us. He did a superb job making sure our heating system was spotless and working at its best before he left. It's worth mentioning that he was thoughtful enough to cover his shoes every time he walked in or out of our house. i am optimistic that i can have him from Best AC Repair & Install Company for our heater repair in Calabasas next year.

I've been seeing Viv for almost a year now and she is amazing, possibly one of the sweetest people ever. Her studio space is so cute and inviting. Her services are diverse and she is talented with everything she does! My friend and I have both been able to do laser tattoo removal and our results are SO good! I plan to update this review once my tattoo removal is complete (almost there!!). P.S. her permanent makeup services look great and her tattoo offerings are adorable! I'm excited to see what she pursues next!

Very nice cleaning ladies. Most are great. In my experience there was one or two who did a poor job. Pure cleaners wanted to bring them back asap to fix the situation, but I was angry and cleaned it myself. Other than that, they did a good job overall, but the ladies are never the same from week to week, so I’d have to reexplain what I wanted done. Most don’t speak English well, so it was a struggle sometimes.

I wish that I could give them 10 stars! This review is about Dog & Cat Imaging Center in Woodland Hills, also owned by Dr. Norman. Based on findings at an emergency vet, it was recommended that I follow up with a specialist to perform and interpret an abdominal ultrasound. I remember seeing a post on Facebook about a facility that only does imaging, so I saved the information for future reference, and I'm so glad that I did. I called and was given a same day appointment, which is amazing! As a board certified internist, I felt that Dr. Norman's expertise was perfect for my pup's situation, and I was right. After the ultrasound, he came out and sat with me explaining all of his findings, offering suggestions, including what to monitor and when to follow up. He thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. He's extremely professional and personable. His team is wonderful. I am truly grateful for Dr. Norman and his team. Thank you!

The staff were amazing and the doctor was incredibly understanding with my disability and a true professional. The office staff had nice stock options for frames although only "black" options were prevalent. They worked so hard and finally found a larger frame for my big head that was not black. After over an hour searching, I was impressed and grateful.
Coach Jackie and Kamryn are great! They really push me to be my best! Everyone there is easy to work with, the exercises are challenging and fun and they have new ones for us every day.
I was not blessed with good hair. I kid you not, it’s so thin and grows like a mullet. I am so grateful to have Alysha in my life. I walk in to her studio looking like a troll and I leave feeling like a princess. She gives me the hair I should have always had. Alysha is so meticulous at her craft and takes her time with placement, colors, etc. whereas other people have a tendency to just throw the extensions in wherever. I leave her studio with a major confidence boost and always feel so beautiful after every visit. Thank you so much for being so incredible at what you do!

I had a mini breakdown upon learning about the nonrefundable deposit I paid after deciding to not go through with the initial treatment I booked due to a collective agreement not to. Immediately, one of the stylists spoke to the manager who took care of it for me. They all diffused the situation with so much empathy, kindness, and compassion. I was just having a bad day, and was met with patience and understanding.
We ended up agreeing to at least give me a little treatment and blowout. Because of how touched I was I ended up paying what the deposit would have been, minus $50, which Erin the manager, happily refunded back to me. My hair is smooth and straight, although I didn’t get the treatment I wanted, I walked away with at least a little something, feeling tender hearted and grateful for kind and forgiving salons like this one.
All in all - beautiful people work here and they deserve your business.

Bungalow 21 is an amazing place to go, because they offer every service you could want. I have gotten my hair done and gone to estheticians there and the results are always stunning. I love everything in the cafe. My go-to order is an iced lavender matcha and a ham & swiss croissant. I could spent hours there shopping, snacking, and getting services done. It's gorgeous inside and everyone is so sweet!

I’ve gone to Puraderm for years. I met Mindy when back in 2016. I had the worse ingrown cystic pimples all along my chin that were super painful and embarassing. After time and patience my face was clear and no more cystic pimples.
Here it is years later and my face is still clear and soft thanks to Mindy and her team. The 314 peel is my favorite and gives instant gratification.
I have then ventured into another favorite with Areanna with lash curling. I have always been leary of doing anything with my eyelashes, but they are straight as a feather. Areanna did an L shape lift on them and I have to say it’s amazing. I still curl them a little bit, but not to the intensity I had to before and I also don’t have to put on as much mascara either. They look beautiful and natural.

Well guess what I’m still speaking to the Interior works team after the completion of my project.Last June I experience water damage from a leak in a hot water line which required re-plumbing my entire house. The floors had to be replaced as well as my kitchen and three bathrooms. This all caused by work done by the contractor the built the house and who I defiantly have never be spoken to again.Even with the difficulties in getting materials done and jobs completed due the after math of Covid. They completed the project well in advance of what I had expected the time frame to be. We were extremely satisfied with our whole house remodel, Eli, and his team.There was no attempt to increase the scale of the project beyond our limits or request (which we heard a lot of in consultations with other vendors). After an exhaustive design process with Pure's in-house designers we felt confident going into demolition & construction with a plan that aligned with our budget. The design (process, visuals, end product) was excellent and the renderings match the end product. We were especially happy with the guidance Pure provided when choosing materials and coordinating with local vendors. As for construction, Pure ran a clean site and were very professional. We received daily photo, updates, and video showing the progress on our house. Communication was always fast & responsive. The construction finished on-budget and slightly ahead of schedule! The quality of work provided and the dedication to ensuring that everything was done not just correctly but to our satisfaction was exceptional. We have been in our house for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. We had never taken on a risky, personal project this large before. I highly recommend working with Malibu's Maid to Order. I spoke with Marybeth asking for a deep cleaning because I was moving out of my apartment after 10 yrs. She sent 2 ladies for 3 hours for satisfactory price. They were on time, brought their own supplies and went above and beyond. You can imagine after living in my one-bedroom for 10 yrs, a deep cleaning was needed. I'm grateful for their hard work. With their help, I was able to get my deposit back...that was the bonus! I first visited Dr. Bernie for bonding per my orthodontist's recommendation. On one of my visits I discussed other issues I had with my teeth and bite. Dr. Bernie immediately identified the problems and clearly explained what was happening. I followed Dr. Bernie’s protocol for Biorejuvenation to correct & stabilize my bite. When I was still anxious, he even gave me a second shot to help calm me down. Ten minutes later, the procedure was over, and I couldn’t believe how smoothly it went. His kindness and professionalism made all the difference! And did I mention that the whole crew is a HUGE animal lovers?

Whether at their Northridge or Calabasas location, Dr. Lawrence Osman and Nurse Practitioner Sherry Sanvictores provide wonderful care for dermatological concerns. I have been seeing Dr. Osman and Ms. Sanvictores for over a decade now for routine Botox, help with acne and, most recently, laser treatment for hyper-pigementation (melasma). Both practitioners are very careful to explain the benefits and drawbacks of the various treatments they provide (injectables, laser, topicals...etc.) and tend to be conservative in that they want to make sure people have the best possible outcome without appearing unnatural or over-worked on. They both have answered all my questions beyond my satisfaction and I can't think of a single negative experience I've had with either of them. If you have a cosmetic issue or concern, I would highly recommend them. Los Angeles has a LOT of plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists. But I choose to go to them, despite them being a long way from my home, because of the quality of their service. Highly recommended.
