I recently had my first class at Long Shot and I was so impressed. First of all, MMA and Jiu Jitsu are an amazing work out. It's a full body workout without the drone of the gym. Second, I learned things on the FIRST day that I could use in a self defense situation. The instructor is fun, knowledgeable and professional. He is someone I look forward to learning from. I'm definitely hooked! As a woman, you can never be too prepared or empowered. These classes give you both! I had such a great endorphin high afterward. Ill be a regular from here on out for SURE!
