My bank was bought by US bank so I was forced into US Bank. IT has been a disaster. First the accounts were mixed up and it took a long time to straighten that out. The website is the worst. I have has to literally change my password every 2-3 weeks because something went wrong with the passwords. I walked through with support to change the password and the site rejected the password I had just put in when it went to login with the password entered by the website. The site does not allow you to search for transactions by vendor name. Only by date and exact amount. Basic search parameters that $50 programs allow cannot be queried.
