I tried this cleaner because it's near my house, and it's been around for a long time, will definitely not be going back! Not only is there a price almost twice what I normally pay down the street, but they return to me a blouse that was 100% cotton and it was still just as wrinkled as when I dropped it off. I have no idea if it's clean but it's definitely not pressed.

I dreaded bringing my inexpensive area rug that was heavily stained with red wine to be cleaned, knowing that the stains were all my carelessness and that I had probably made the damage worse by my attempts to remove the stains. However, my experience at Broadway Cleaners was positive, cheerful, and helpful. The lovely lady at the counter joined me in laughing at the extent of the damage I had done, and suggested ways I could solve the problem and save the rug. Her graciousness and good humor made my day!

I have gone to Sterling Cleaners for many years, both in Burlingame and at their new location. Since Covid, I have used their pick up and delivery service and it has been seamless. The garments are properly cleaned and shirts are ironed well. It is so convenient for me use their service.
