I ditto the negative reviews. The service was unresponsive, the cabinets were of poor quality, and the project was never finished. After trying to resolve the issues and get the work completed, I was actually ghosted by the owner. Sorry to say it was not a good experience.

If you are reading this and contemplating doing business with Kevin and Burlingame Cabinets, I've one word for you, DONT ! If you enjoyed being lied to, experience indifferent and arrogant attitudes, significant delays, then DO. Kevin's firm was solely responsible for turning my 12 week project into a 24 week project and still failed to deliver promised products.

We worked with Kevin through remodeling our kitchen after a small electrical fire during the Covid pandemic. Kevin was upfront about any potential delays and suggested suppliers that weren't having delays in getting materials. He was on top of EVERY step throughout. Any issues that arose (there's always something in construction) were dealt with in a professional and caring way. Our flooring contractor (not someone Kevin had recommended) damaged a few cabinet doors and Kevin fixed them for us. Customer service is definitely his top priority.His staff were super professional and accommodating - they were so sweet with my children who were home due to the pandemic AND their work was very detailed with a gorgeous end product. The subcontractor he recommended for tile was also fantastic. We could not be happier with our decision to hire Kevin and his team! We've recommended Burlingame Cabinets to neighbors and friends.*Note: Kevin was responsive and helpful even after receiving final payment. That's impressive!!
