Richard from Rescue Rooter came yesterday and fixed our bathroom sink drain even though the P trap was not aligned in a optimal way and it made a very challenging job of replacing it. Highest compliments and thanks for keeping the charge reasonable.

Whenever we have a tough plumbing issue, we call on Pio V. He's always friendly, comes asap, and gets the job done. We even have him come out for regularly scheduled snaking. He's awesome!

We had a main sewer drain backup in our in-law unit on a Saturday night. Sewage had filled the shower pan to the brim. Yuck! Of the 4 rooter services I called, only Rescue Rooter made a concerted effort to respond rather than try to push it off to the morning. They were very comminucative the whole way updating me on their ETA (they told me 10pm. They made it by 7:30!). When our tech Vladimir arrived, his professional and certain demeanor immediately put us at ease. It was obvious he had many years of experience (17 it turns out) and knew what to do.
