Don't waste your time - dishonest flakers. Called in the morning and they said they could do that afternoon from 12-4. Then they called back at 1:30 pm (1.5 hours into my appt. window) and said they could NOT come out that day. You should have told me that hours earlier so I could've called someone else and had them out the same day -- by then it was too late.
Made an appt for Friday and RR called and postponed it to Sunday between 12-2 pm. At 3 PM when they had not shown, they called and postponed to 4, and when they still had not shown up at 4, and I called, they said they would come at 5. Still they waiting...what a waste of a Sunday!!
Richard from Rescue Rooter came yesterday and fixed our bathroom sink drain even though the P trap was not aligned in a optimal way and it made a very challenging job of replacing it. Highest compliments and thanks for keeping the charge reasonable.
