“I had a lot of lower back pain on Sat, really tight and felt like I could not walk. Went to Kai, she worked on lower back and asked what happened. I tried to explain, but she figured it out, my back, my leg. Only had a 60-min session, afterwards I could walk standing up straight again but still felt tight, she recommended come back. I went back a week later, she continued, now pain is gone! I felt sore for the first couple days after first session, but that is normal. She is very strong, so if it's too much, just say and let her know. Price is very reasonable, parking is in lot behind studio, but there is usually a space on the road. Book online -- easy and convenient, if call, she will probably be busy. I highly recommend her, #1 !!!“

She asked questions on our first meeting so she could determine what type of massage would best fit me and her recommendations were right on point. The place is always very clean and during the weekdays with a little flexibility as a customer you can get an appointment. I recently had surgery for a totally dis-connected quadriceps tendon and the massage I received was very helpful in releasing the soreness and muscle fatigue from physical therapy. Very nice and courteous staff.“
