not able to contact the store or make an appointment. I left message or called, no respond. I don't recommend this store, don't waste your time. I have been calling for a week still not respond.

Terrible communication and very unprofessional. Website never works so you have to text her personal cell phone for appointments. She ignores these so you have to call her and hope that she answers. I purchased a 4-pass wax and she would not honor my last pass, claiming it expires after 1 year. Well lady, I never signed anything showing an expiration date, but clearly there's no getting through that thick skull of hers. There goes my money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! Was reading bad yelp reviews but still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Spoke to this Lisa person, booked at an appointment and gave her my card information. I thought everything was good to go. The day of my appointment which was at 2pm, got to the location and the place looked liked no ones been there in months. I was trying to call and text that I was in front for my appointment and no response what so ever! Waited more than 30 minutes and nothing! Standing there still recovering from surgery!!!! This yelp advertisement should be taken down!!!!!
