Alex came out and, instead of pushing for an expensive replacement, he thoroughly inspected the system and found that it only needed maintenance. They sent someone out promptly to perform the necessary work, and now my system is running perfectly again. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity—it's clear that they care about their customers and aren't just out to make a quick buck.
