I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision about coming to this place. In a snapshot, where's my experience: - rushed service - no prep work at all- just began sticking stickers all over my eyes - Nothing about the materials laid out looked professional; looked very much like a DIY at-home -kit - pinched my corner eyelid with the tweezer within minutes of me laying down - that one really hurt - she worked on me in complete silence. 2 stars because I booked an appointment and they were not available and she said it was a "last minute request" they should keep their calendar up to date. Gave an extra star because they called promptly to let me know that my request was last minute. Would have preferred if they didn't make me feel like it was my fault since I booked based on their availability and took responsibility for the mistake.

I'm a huge fan of Judy's work! Her workspace is within the Chic Salon on Broadway and it's beautiful. The bed is heated and comfortable. She's quick with a blanket if your feet get cold, and she's very skilled at delivering a painless and beautiful set of natural lashes.I've personally never been able to pile my mascara this high, but the result from a normal distance away looks incredibly natural. Anecdotally, my SO couldn't tell that I had done anything out of the ordinary!I'll be going back for touchups time and again!
