Waldemar has been helping us with our remodel since November of 2013. He has been consistent in his promises, his messaging, his honestly, his professionalism and his integrity are all unparalleled. He cares about the workmanship and the details/finish lines, etc. He has made the process enjoyable and taken out all the stress out of it. I would recommend him and his team in a heartbeat!

We worked with Waldemar on an addition to our home in 2009, and we highly recommend him. We added a master bedroom/bathroom and a family room. We initially liked that he is both an architect and a contractor, so we were able to work with him from design through build. He and his team did a wonderful job, and we were thrilled with the work. He stayed on schedule (which is apparently rare for most contractors), and often had creative ideas for how to reduce costs. I recall his thoroughness as we walked through the project with us multiple times, and he blue-taped every problem we saw. His team worked 7 days a week (we had moved out), and were extremely professional.

Waldemar at KWS United Technology, Inc. was the general contractor on our master bedroom suite addition and partial interior remodel in Burlingame. I have been singing his praises ever since. Our home was built in the 1920's so our priority was to blend the new with the existing. Waldemar was up to this task and delivered a final product that was seamless in its transitions. Although there are hiccups in any construction project, he handled them all with more grace than I thought possible. The entire process was extremely smooth from permit to final inspection.
